Four simple steps to joining the Panekar Secondary School family

Download the prospectus and application form from this page, or collect a printed copy from the school's admissions office during working hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
Complete and Submit the Form
Fill in the application form in full. Attach certified copies of the student's Primary Leaving Certificate (PLE) or most recent school report, and a valid birth certificate or ID document.
Attend the Placement Assessment
All new applicants for S1 sit a short placement test in Mathematics and English. Transfer students joining S2–S4 submit previous school transcripts. Results are communicated within 5 working days.
Pay Fees and Confirm Enrolment
Upon acceptance, pay the first term's fees at the school bursar's office to secure your place. Bring the payment receipt on the first day of term to complete registration.

Important Notes
- All fees are payable at the school bursar's office in cash or via approved bank transfer.
- Fees must be paid before or on the first day of each term. Late payment attracts an administrative charge.
- S4 students should confirm national examination fee amounts with the bursar, as NEC charges may vary.
- The school does not offer refunds after the second week of term.
- Bursary assistance may be available for genuinely needy students — contact the headmaster's office.
